Just as it says on the tin the 50 Most Loathsome People In America, 2004 list still manages to come up with a few surprises. For instance the Chimpmeister isn't at number 1! Even Kerry is higher than him for throwing away what should have been the easiest election - evar. Positions 1 to 4 are filled by various Bush cohorts including the average American citizen for allowing him back in again.
