Apparently he is wired for sound with a voice prompting him through press conferences and public appearances.
Maybe Rumsfeld should get one to keep him on message. On second thoughts it hasn't stopped the flow of Bushisms so maybe it's not such a good idea after all. Imagine that - President of the most powerful country in the world and the dribbling imbecile still can't even speak English properly even with help.
