Scrobbler Sig

After posting about AudioScrobbler the other day I've been playing with the RSS options for feeds of last tracks played etc. These were all quite neat but the best 'Last/Current Track' thing I've found so far is ScrobblerSig which is a PHP script for displaying a graphic with the latest track details for your account. The PHP can be installed on your own server or if you don't have access to a server you can access it like this:
http://ss.php4hosting.com/ss/
scrobblersig.php?username=mmchronic

You of course would change the username to your AudioScrobbler name. To embed the actual graphic on your blog (or your signature on forums) do a
<img src="http://ss.php4hosting.com/ss/scrobblersig.php?
username=mmchronic" />
and you get this

There are various parameters for changing the font / colours / text size / time zone / time format etc but I haven't found a definitive list yet. When I do I will update this post.

By the way, there are lots more options at the Audioscrobbler Wiki, but most of them are along the same lines, images.

I would fear that too if I had your 'taste' in music. ;)

DrV: I've checked out the others there and still like this one best due to not having to install any PHP (which we can't do here anyway). Someone is hosting the ScrobblerSig - all you have to do is the stuff outlined in the post.

Kerrang is getting a bit passe. It has too much hippy shit on these days from the likes of GnR. :)

Seriously though - nowt the matter with Kerrang if you like the bands I like. At least the bands on there know how to play their instruments.

Don't forget Stacey's Mom.

The GnR stuff is 'classic' stuff performed live for the most part if that makes sense.

When St Anger came it it was every other song on Kerrang for about a week - I fscking hate that song now. I suspect that was record company peeps requesting it constantly.

The bands I like can play their instruments.

or fantasy... ;)

I quite liked St Anger for the 1st day or so. Worryingly I'm starting to develop a taste for Slipknot. It's getting louder and heavier!

I don't know if I even seen Hits. The only two channels I watch for music are K! and MTV2. MTV1 used to get watched for Jackass but most definitely not for the music.

If I worked for Hits I'd make sure every request that came in for BA20 would get diverted to be a request for Band Aid.
