Tabbed Browsing With IE?

Breasy.com (Browse Easy) is a browser within a browser. And that internal browser supports tabs amongst other things. So if you access Breasy with IE then you have got tabs in IE. Sort of. The site also lets you store bookmarks. That may not sound particularly exciting but it means the next time I'm using some steam powered computator in a web cafe in the middle of nowhere I'll have access to my bookmarks as well as my email. I know this sort of bookmark functionality exists with various services - but this the first one that comes with an online browser.
