It just points out that the blue states pay for the red states, the blue states are the original America (the red states even wanted to leave the US so they could keep slaves, the blue states fought to keep them in on a non slave basis), the blue states have the highest morals when it comes to marriage (lowest divorce rates) and much, much more in that sweary style that we NewLinkers appreciate.
