Apparently not putting sunblock on a 12 year old boy is child abuse and may lead to an 18 month jail sentence for his dad.
So presumably people who are allowing this should receive the life sentences for being an accessory to murder.

At 12 you should be capable of putting your own sunblock on - unless you are too fat to reach everywhere anyway.
In this country teacher's won't put sun block on kids at school. So are we abusing them if we don't piss off to school evry hour to top them up.

And it wasn't tards I was talking about that night - it was the 'slow' lad on our estate. That and the fact he looked untrustworthy around young children.
I stand by my comments re the slow lad.
As for the original story then yes it was child abuse if he was mentally impaired which I missed on my initial speed read. Shoot me.
With regards to a shovel, he could lend the one you used today seeing as how you look to have dug yourself into enough of a hole over the details of your 53x life.
