Waiting for immaculate conception

A German couple had still failed to conceive after 8 years of marriage. After visiting a fertility clinic it seems they were unaware of the importance of sex in the process - in fact they were unaware of sex full stop due to a religious upbringing.

"We are not talking retarded people here, but a couple who were brought up in a religious environment who were simply unaware, after eight years of marriage, of the physical requirements necessary to procreate."
