Spanish region to allow marijuana for pain relief

The Catalan region in Spain is to start prescribing cannabis for medical use. Four hospitals and 60 chemists will offer cannabis for pain and nausea relief in cancer sufferers and schizophrenia in AIDS patients.

In related news Spanish hospitals have signed a deal with Cadburys and McVities to provide snacks for munchiesmeals. Probably.
