Sony is gunning for the iPod (again) with the Network Walkman NW-HD1, which they claim will be the smallest 20GB MP3 player you can buy when it comes out in mid-August. Sony debuts revamped Walkman to silence iPod It might stand a chance too, if it wasn't for the fact that it was so crappy looking.

I think it looks ok. As long as it's small enough to fit in a pocket who cares how it looks?
My criteria for something like this would be price, size, sound quality, music format, network connection.
