The toon won a cup - by association. Sort of. Ex Mag Nikos Dabizas' Greece won Euro 2004 last night. Nick didn't get a game but he did make the subs' bench. He is fondly remembered in Newcastle for his hairy chested celebration after scoring against the mackems. He is slightly less well fondly remembered for trailing 20 yards behind Michael Owen on several occasions but the mackem goal helps ease that memory!
He has now won more international competitions than 'world class' defenders like Sol Cambell annd John Terry.

I wouldn't go so far as to say I don't rate Portugal (Figo's shot off the post after a lush curler in the semi's would have goal of the tournament if it had went in) but they aren't as good as everyone talked them up to be.
We could have fscking won this. Useless bastards.
