Spain unveils supercomputer plans

IBM are to build the worlds' second fastest supercomputer for Spain so it can calculate the most efficient way of throwing a goat off a church tower. It is thought that it would be the fastest supercomputer but for the fact it takes a 5 hour siesta everyday.
