Brogue Squadron

Ah-ha! My Rebel fleet is complete! Well, kind of. I now need a y-wing and then I'll be ready for the Battle of Yavin (or something). My camera is bust, and not working very well hence the crappy picture quality. I'll post some better ones another day. :)

Huzzah! More Lego luvverliness!

So, last night I built my B-wing (pictures to follow) and look what turned up this morning! --->

So this is what I'll be doing tonight!

p.s. The B-wing is very cool. I dunno if it's the same scale as my x-wing, but my rebel fleet is nearly complete. All I need now is the Millenium Falcon... :)

Happy Valentine's Day to bungers

Look what I got! My girlfriend really loves me!!

New Links Picture Dump

Full photo story of the build to follow, when I make it this weekend. Two questions I have: The ship comes with two pilots, but a B-wing only has a crew of one. When the ship is docked in it's maintainance tower, how the hell does the pilot get out? You'll see what I mean here. :)

Yay! for Star Wars™ Lego!!

Thou Shalt Not Steal

Unless what you're stealing is a Microsoft registered trademark. Or something.

An American church has created some fliers intended to get people into their church. The only problem is they look just a teensy, weensy bit like Microsoft's Xbox 360 marketing material.

Go get 'em Microsoft.

Bono To Buy Take-Two? Mad Jack Begs Him Not To...

Apparently a group of investors which includes U2 frontman Bono is interested in buying Take-Two Interactive, which is of course the company behind GTA.

And, as with anything GTA related, we find publicity leech Jack Thompson trying to get in on the action by writing an open letter to Bono begging him not to buy it.

I write you as a fellow brother in Jesus Christ, appreciative of your bold witness to the transforming truth of the Gospel, in both your words and your deeds. You daily "fight the good fight," serving Him as salt and as light in an unbelieving world. You inspire other Christians to confront the "culture of death" that surrounds us all, and I thank you. Because of what you do, it is easier for me to do what I have been called to do.

I reckon Jack is just scared that Bono (if he is a mad jeebusian) will cancel Take-Two's 'murder simulators' then Jack won't have any bandwagon to jump on anymore. Or something.

Boycott Egypt

If any militant muslims are looking for another target they may be interested to know a paper in another country published the same cartoons as the ones published in the Danish paper, Jyllands-Posten. Not only that, they were published during Ramadan last year.

Can you remember all the fuss in Egypt when an Egyptian paper, Al-Faqr, published the 'offensive' and 'blasphemous' cartoons? No, me neither. That's because there was no protest whatsoever. It smacks of outrage being stirred up by anti-western agitators. Surprise, surprise.

If you've missed the cartoons Michelle Malkin has the complete set - and if you want to see more images of Mahomet check out the Muhammad Image Archive which has lots more including many sourced from the islamic world.

In the meantime, Denmark (and other Scandinavian countries) are suffering the econonomic and diplomatic fallout. There's not a lot we can do about the diplomatic side but we can do something about the economic side.

Buy Danish! You know it makes sense!

Buy Danish! I'm off for a bacon sandwich (dripping with Lurpak), Danish pastry and a box of Lego. And some XXXX pron.

This post was really written by Bungers. Probably. BWAHAHAHAHA! ;)
