Squeeze Machine

At first I thought this was some bizarre fantasy machine for crush fetishists but it turns out to be a medical device. Apparently squashing people with autism and/or hyperactivity has a soothing effect on them. Or is it just the modern day equivalent of the cupboard (the one with the spiders) under the stairs?
