Make a Difference Day

It's Make a Difference Day this Saturday and I will be mostly picking clarts out of the Ouseburn and retiring to the Cluny for a pint afterwards. Meeting point is The Ouseburn Resource Centre, 53, Lime Street , Newcastle upon Tyne 10.30 a.m.
You will need rubber gloves, wellies (some may be available) and old clothes, prefereably water proof, and a love of mud and supermarket trollies. The tide comes in at 1ish so don't be late!

I hope that wasn't you that put the Ouseburn thing up on the CSV site. The speeling is awful. And apparently you have to bring your own willies.

You can be New Links official representative on this one - I don't fancy getting the lurgy from the Ouseburn mud. :)

Not guilty. I guess the Ouseburn Trust are responsible for that description "suffers from salutation". That's always a problem - people walking past the Ouseburn and waving at it.

That's very right on of you dogs!

I'd love to come along, but I'm afraid I'm already doing some Charridy work that day anyway (I kid you not!) but I might make sure we do something 'worthwile' that day too.

If you can do me a favour and find out if there's another one soon, I may be able to get a number of additionals to help out too. :)
